Just what you need to buy for the batch, split by store. Assumes you already have basic pantry staples on hand β€” see the bottom list; add any you're short on.

Costco is bulk β€” small-quantity items are flagged (bulk); stock rotates so a few say (if in stock). BC note: wine isn't sold in Costco warehouses β€” it's on the liquor list.

Protein tip: the 2 rotisserie chickens cover the pot pie, caprese lasagna, and both enchiladas. The thigh pack is just for the dumplings. The green curry now uses prawns.
